RETURN & EXCHANGE

You are eligible for a refund or exchange if you encounter any of the following issues:

If the bottle, jar, sachet, or any packaging of the product(s) you receive is damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange of the same product. Please notify us within 24 hours of your order tracking status showing “delivered” to qualify for an exchange.

If using our product(s) causes an abnormal skin reaction that deviates from its intended results within 7 days of your order tracking status showing “delivered,” you may request a refund. To be eligible, you must inform us by the 7th day after the order is marked “delivered.”

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at enquiry@accim.com.my with your Order Reference Number or proof of purchase. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting evidence such as photos or videos, where applicable. We cannot process returns or exchanges for orders that have not been delivered.

Our team will respond with further instructions on how to proceed. Kindly refrain from attempting a return without first notifying us, as such requests will not be entertained.

Allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for us to process your return or exchange request. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

The customer is responsible for all delivery charges incurred during the return process until the item is successfully delivered back to us.

Accim reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Confirmed orders will be delivered within 5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for East Malaysia. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.

Sale / Promotional Periods During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfil next day deliveries due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues when placing your order.
*Note: Additional 10 working days for your order to arrive.

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you’d like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Please ensure that you key in the correct shipping address before you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we are able to change your address.

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customer is subject to additional charges.

Purchases made after 2pm each day would be considered as next day purchase for courier purposes.

There are currently no studies indicating that Accim products are harmful during pregnancy. Additionally, our products are free from phenoxyethanol and parabens. However, if you have specific health concerns, please consult your doctor for personalized medical advice.
